DISCIPLINE

The College pursues the ideals of training of minds and quest for knowledge and of healthy life. It upholds its traditions of free inquiry and tolerance. It lays great emphasis on mental and physical discipline and expects the students to strictly abide by the rules of discipline in and outside the classroom.

 ATTENDANCE

75% attendance is compulsory for all students. If a student falls short of the compulsory attendance in lectures and practical of concerned papers, he/she will automatically be debarred from the examination as per university guidelines.

 RAGGING / INDISCIPLINE

Ragging in any from, as defined in clause (V) Part I of the Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya student’s conduct and discipline rule, is punishable offence and students for this act of indiscipline / or ragging in accordance with clause, Part II of the above Rule, is liable to a fine Rs. 2500/-

This act of indiscipline will also be recorded in the migration and character certificate. The student will have to submit “an undertaking” on prescribed format to the effect that he or she shall not take part in any form of ragging / indiscipline and shall abide by the rules prescribed for the purpose as amended and enforced from time to time.

 CELL PHONES / FIRE ARMS

Cell phones are strictly banned in the college campus. Students are not permitted to keep fire arms or any other lethal weapons in the campus.

 DRESS CODE

There is a uniform code for all Maharaja Agrasen Mahavidyalaya students. This is to ensure uniformity among students and they must appear smartly dressed which is the first exercise towards becoming an executive.

Note : The Shirt, Kurta, Sweater and Blazers should have the monogram of the college. (Tie will be provided by the institute)

FEE RULES

Fee once deposited is not refundable in any circumstances except the security deposit. This applies to completion of course, rustication as well as withdrawal by students from the institute. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the court in Bareilly. Admission is provided only after depositing the full fees. Student has to deposit the enrolment fee and University examination fee separately.
